Dressing Gown

Charles

This shot was taken using the same procedure as the previous one.
This portrait was taken by the window with a reflector that I bought on e-bay. There was no other form of light used other than that entering the window.  What I did was to take my camera right up close to the lightest part on Charles's face  and take a reading of the camera  and then to stand back and recompose my shot as well as to use the original readings. The background was just just a cheap black throw.

  1. Good low light image Peter. I would have shot a few frames with him looking away from the camera, it might have had a quite contemplative look to it.
